E5005H – The Fusion Series (Hollow) Lateral Raise is designed to allow exercisers to maintain a sitting posture and easily adjust the height of the seat to ensure that the shoulders are aligned with the pivot point for effective exercise. The upright open design makes the device easy to enter and exit.

Biomechanical Design
● To stimulate the deltoid muscle more effectively, the fixed position and inward direction on the handle of the device can ensure that the exerciser maintains the correct posture during exercise.

Effective Training
● Isolating the deltoid muscles requires correct positioning to prevent shoulder impingement. Adjustable seat can adapt to different users, adjust the shoulder joint to align with the pivot point before training, so that the deltoid muscle can be properly trained during exercise.

● The conveniently located instructional placard provides step-by-step guidance on body position, movement and muscles worked.
